Scope : –
The scope of activities proposed to be undertaken by The Industry Connectors (i-connectors) is as follows
- Scheduling
- Test Planning
- Test Administration (Test Paper by the Company or their Third Party Skill Assessment Partner)
- Evaluations
- GD & Interview co-ordination
- Data Management
1) Scheduling:–
The process starts with The Industry Connectors coordinating with various universities and colleges in India to slot suitable dates for hiring events at the respective colleges. The calendar is prepared region- wise and all the communication scripts and material will be shared with the company.
The tentative calendar will be shared with companies for relevant approvals. Companies will authorize The Industry Connectors to conduct the drive on their behalf. The Industry Connectors will collate the final registrations from the colleges.
2) Test Planning: –
The Industry Connectors will prepare for the event by collecting the test papers, application forms & evaluation sheets from Companies. The Industry Connectors will visit the venue a day prior to the event for mapping the infrastructure requirements.
3) Test Administration : –
Post the presentation, The Industry Connectors will ensure systematic seating arrangement of the applicants. The Industry Connectors will then administer the tests on behalf of Companies. The test will be monitored by the TAs (Test Administrators will be arranged from the college/venue).
4) Test Evaluation: –
Test Evaluation will be enabled through OMR response sheet to publish results. Based on the cut-offs provided by Companies, the results are generated for the GD short-lists.
5) GD & Interview Co-ordination : –
The Industry Connectors will line up the shortlisted candidates for the GD’s and Interviews. The panel from Companies will conduct Interviews and GD’s.
6) Data Management: –
The Industry Connectors will maintain the data for each and every candidate in the prescribed format. One copy of the event report will be shared with Companies immediately after the event and the same will also be a part of the final report that will be shared post the overall hiring being complete.
All audit logs and reports will be generated by The Industry Connectors pertaining to number of footfalls, selection/rejection of the candidates, etc.
EVENT BASED MODEL
Scope: –

- First level Screening
- Event Co-ordination
- Advertising
1) Registration: –
Interested candidates would be logging on to The Industry Connectors website and will register themselves for participating in the event.
2) Screening: –
First level screening will be based on The Industry Connectors requirement detailing qualifications, cut-off percentages, year of pass-out’s etc. The Industry Connectors will intimate the eligible candidates the preliminary information regarding the event through e-Mails & SMS etc.
3) Event-Co-ordination:–
The Industry Connectors would co-ordinate with Companies and the registered candidates regarding the Time, Date and Venue for the event. Post which similar process as explained in the CAMPUS MODEL will be followed.
On the event day – The Industry Connectors will undertake event management [traffic], test administration & interview co-ordination.
Responsibility: Companies has to facilitate with the question papers, OMR answer sheet and all relevant test administration articles at the test venue, as these are secured articles and The Industry Connectors cannot take the onus of the same.
4) Advertising:–
Different mediums for advertising will be used to enhance participation. Advertising will be the responsibility of BPO Company
